2 · Shape the residency

Roles, seniority, ages, anything that shapes how the group should be hosted.

3 · Commercial fit

We ask this early because it saves both of us designing something that was never going to work.

Other venues, formats or doing nothing. Honest answers here get better advice.

4 · What should we know?

Cultural programming is separately commissioned and led by Yanaga Murru. Availability and lead times are real, so it helps to know early.

Allergies, intolerances and preferences. Designed for in advance, not worked around at the table.

Mobility, sensory, dietary or any other access needs.

Non-alcoholic options are built to the same standard, not offered as a substitute.

Anything involving cultural programming requires separate approval from Yanaga Murru.

Context, constraints, sensitivities, or a question you want answered before anything else.

What happens next

A named person reads your enquiry and replies personally. If the fit is wrong, or the dates cannot hold the standard, we will say so plainly rather than send a brochure.
