Cultural authority and ICIP

Yanaga Murru and the relevant knowledge holders retain ownership, control and authority over their Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property. Wylde Systems, the property entity, the hospitality partner, the founders, any investor and any client acquire no ownership of cultural knowledge through any commercial arrangement.

The approved attribution is: Cultural programming led by Yanaga Murru. Cultural programmes are described using wording supplied or approved by Yanaga Murru. Approval is granted per programme and does not carry across bookings, sites, Country or channels.

Botanical hospitality

The approved attribution is: Botanical hospitality by Trolley’d. Trolley’d retains its own brand, equipment, recipes, systems and pre-existing intellectual property. None of it transfers to Wylde Systems. Trolley’d is engaged per booking and named where engaged.

Host place

The approved attribution is: Hosted at Lake David at Lake Yarrunga, Kangaroo Valley. Wylde Systems operates as a host at the property. It does not own the property, and the property does not own Wylde Systems.

Delivery partners

Food and specialist partners, including Moonacres, are named only where their involvement is confirmed for that delivery. We do not create permanent partner lockups that imply exclusivity, ownership or automatic inclusion.

Photography

Photographs are used with the permission of their creators and subjects. Cultural imagery, language and knowledge remain the property of the knowledge holders and communities they come from, and appear here only within the scope they have approved. If you believe an image appears here without appropriate permission, contact us and we will remove it while we check.

Trade marks and naming

Wylde Systems is the master brand and company name. Trade mark clearance and registration for the name have not been completed and no clearance is claimed. The retired project name YARRANGA is not an active Wylde Systems brand and appears only in historic material.

Corrections

If you believe any attribution on this site is wrong, incomplete or used outside its approval, contact us and we will correct or withdraw it. Cultural authority may withdraw or vary participation at any time; commercial considerations do not override that.
