An enquiry is not a booking

Submitting the private enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, hold accommodation, engage any partner, or create a contract. Nothing is confirmed until a written scope has been agreed and a deposit received.

What we will do

Read your enquiry, respond personally, and tell you honestly whether we can deliver to standard on your dates and within your budget. If we cannot, we will say so and where possible suggest what would work instead.

Availability

The property hosts a small number of residencies and partner availability, particularly for cultural programming, sets real lead times. Dates discussed during an enquiry remain available to others until a deposit is received.

Pricing

We do not publish rates. Each residency is costed against its actual scope and issued as one costed recommendation. Any figure discussed before a scope is agreed is indicative and subject to change. All business pricing is quoted excluding GST unless stated otherwise.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed by a written scope and a deposit. Cancellation terms, payment terms, cultural conditions and media conditions are set out in that agreement, which governs over anything on this site.

Enquiries we decline

We decline briefs requiring late-night or high-volume use, briefs that treat cultural programming as entertainment, briefs requesting imagery or content we cannot approve, and briefs on dates where we cannot hold the service standard.

These terms describe our intended practice as at 5 August 2026 and have not been reviewed by external legal counsel. They will be updated when they have been.
