Privacy
Privacy notice.
This notice explains what we collect through a private enquiry, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read rather than to protect us.
What we collect
Only what you give us through the private enquiry form or in direct correspondence: your name and contact details, the organisation you represent if any, and the information you provide about your objective, dates, group, budget, requirements and preferences.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, session recording or behavioural profiling on this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to assess whether we can deliver to standard on your dates, to prepare a costed proposal, and to brief the partners engaged for your booking on a need-to-know basis.
Sensitive information
Dietary, accessibility and health-adjacent information is collected only so that it can be designed for properly. It is shared with the specific partners who need it to deliver your programme, typically the food and hospitality partners, and with nobody else.
What we do not do
We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes. We do not run automated follow-up sequences. We do not retain enquiry data indefinitely.
Retention
Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for a limited period so that we can respond sensibly if you come back to us, then deleted. Records relating to a confirmed booking are retained for the period required for contractual, insurance, tax and safety obligations. The final retention schedule will be confirmed in the approved privacy and data-handling policy before public launch.
Cultural material
Any material relating to cultural programming, including photography, recordings and descriptions, is held under conditions set by Yanaga Murru, not by us. Approval for one use is not approval for another.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the About and Partners page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Status of this notice
This notice describes our intended practice as at 5 August 2026. It has not yet been reviewed by external legal counsel, and it will be updated when it has been. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement governs.
