Foraged botanical ingredients laid out for service.

Botanical Hospitality

Botanical hospitality by Trolley’d.

Native and regional ingredients, botanical drinks built with real production craft, and a non-alcoholic offer held to the same standard as everything else.

An independent practice

An independent botanical hospitality practice.

Trolley’d brings its own brand, equipment, recipes, systems and pre-existing intellectual property to each engagement.

They are engaged per booking under their own commercial arrangement. Where they are part of your residency, they are named. Where they are not engaged, we do not imply they are.

Non-alcoholic parity

Not drinking should mean no compromise.

Non-alcoholic service receives the same level of thought, presentation and provenance as the rest of the drinks programme. This is a service standard, not an accommodation.

Dietary requirements are treated the same way. They are designed for in advance, not worked around at the table.

A botanical aperitif and foraged garnish set out before service.

Fire, food and the shared table.

Drinks are not a separate event. They sit between the landscape and the table, the transition from the day into the evening, with lighting, temperature, sound and pacing all controlled.

A long timber table set beneath a foliage canopy.
