Flagship host place

Wylde Systems begins at Lake David.

A private property in Kangaroo Valley, NSW, on the edge of Lake Yarrunga. The flagship proof environment for Wylde Systems.

The setting

Scarce, private, and close enough.

Escarpment, forested slope, open pasture and water. Kangaroo Valley sits within driving reach of Sydney and Canberra, which is part of why the place works commercially as well as experientially.

Lake David at Lake Yarrunga provides the land, privacy, accommodation and flagship setting. Wylde Systems provides the guest journey, hosting standards and commercial system. The formal ownership and rights position is set out on Attribution & Rights.

01Existing, proposed and separate

Existing today

The landscape, lake frontage, existing accommodation and indoor dining used for the July 2026 residency. Everything shown in photography on this site is the property as it currently stands.

Proposed, not approved

A future property development concept exists in early form. It is not planning-approved, costed or construction-ready, and nothing on this site presents it as complete.

Held separately

Property development and any investment discussion sit in a separate controlled document, not in the guest journey. They are a different asset with different owners, costs and decisions.

We separate these deliberately. A guest deciding on a residency should not have to work out which parts of a property are real.

Country

The place has custodians.

Where a cultural programme is part of a residency, it is led by Yanaga Murru under their own authority, in their own words. We do not narrate Country on their behalf.

Cultural leadership

One flagship, then a careful test.

Lake David at Lake Yarrunga is where the system is being proven. Wylde Systems is designed so that its non-cultural commercial and service standards can later be tested at future host sites.

Cultural content, Country, partner roles, property rights, hazards, licences and emergency systems remain local or separately authorised. They are not portable, and we do not claim they are.

The next scale gate is one controlled second-site test, after a run of full-price flagship bookings, not before.
