How enquiring works.
Does an enquiry commit us to anything?
No. Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, hold accommodation, engage any partner, or create a contract.
A booking is confirmed by a written scope and a deposit. Cancellation, payment, cultural and media conditions are all set out in that agreement.
Why are there no prices on the site?
We do not publish rates. Each booking is costed against its actual scope and issued as one costed recommendation rather than a rate card. Any figure discussed before a scope is agreed is indicative.
How far ahead should we book?
Further ahead than you think you need to. We host a small number of experiences a year, and our partners have their own lead times, particularly for cultural programming.
Dates discussed during an enquiry are not held until a booking is confirmed.
What will you say no to?
Briefs requiring late-night or high-volume use, briefs that treat cultural programming as entertainment, and briefs requesting imagery or content we cannot approve.
If the fit is wrong we will say so and suggest what would work better.
Can we reach you without using the form?
Yes. Email hello@wyldesystems.com or call 0415 598 364 and we will take your enquiry by whatever means suits you. You should not have to use the form to reach us.
What happens next
Someone from our team reads your enquiry and replies personally. If the fit is wrong, or the dates cannot hold the standard, we will say so plainly rather than send a brochure.
