Modules, not a menu
Every part of the day has someone responsible for it, a lead time and a plan if the weather turns. We will not bolt together a set of unrelated activities. The day has an order, and the parts are there for a reason.
Cultural programming
Led by Drew Longbottom of Yanaga Murru, with their own lead times. Anything beyond the opening is arranged directly with them.
Qualification first
Net rates and commission are shared with approved partners after a first conversation. They are not published, and there is no general rate sheet.
11am
Welcome to Country.
The day opens with a Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony and storytelling, led by Yanaga Murru.
12.30pm
Drinks, then lunch.
Drinks by Trolley’d, then a shared seasonal table.
Afternoon
A seasonal botanical walk.
Walk the property and learn what is growing that week, then time in the landscape before departure.
Times shift through the year with the daylight. A half day follows the same shape, shortened.

Typical inclusions
Built from confirmed parts.
A hosted arrival. Time in the landscape with someone who knows it. Drinks by Trolley’d. A seasonal table where the day includes a meal. And the cultural opening, led by Yanaga Murru.
Transport, photography, facilitation and anything more specialised can be added once we have spoken.

Practical questions.
Do you work with trade?
Yes. Net rates and commission are shared with approved partners after a first conversation. They are not published and there is no general rate sheet.
Does the client stay ours?
Yes. We deliver the day to your brief and we do not go around you.
Can a client book this themselves?
No. There is no public ticketing and nothing to buy on a website.
How many guests?
Up to 24, and larger groups by enquiry.
What happens if the weather turns?
Every part of the day has someone responsible for it, a lead time and a plan if the weather turns. Times also shift through the year with the daylight.
Can you arrange accommodation?
Only where we can confirm it. The day itself does not require an overnight booking.
Start with the itinerary you are building.
