Executive and Founder Offsite
Room to think clearly.
A private offsite for leadership teams with a decision to make. Not a team-building retreat.
Who it is for
Founders, boards and senior teams.
Teams with a decision that keeps stalling, a transition to mark, or an alignment problem that another meeting will not solve.
We change the conditions, not the outcome. There is no fixed method. The work is yours. The setting, the sequence and the hosting are ours.

Format
Two nights or more, with working sessions you run yourself or we facilitate, built around what the group needs to get done.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is the default, and it applies to our staff and our partners. Phones can go away by agreement, on your terms. Dinner and drinks sit around the working sessions, not in the middle of them.
What we design
An arrival that lets people land. A cultural opening that moves attention from the drive to the place. Working sessions placed when people can actually think, rather than whenever there is a gap. A dinner that does not turn into a second meeting. And time with nothing in it.

Optional documentation
A record, only if you want one.
We can write up the two nights afterwards: what was decided, and what was left open. Most groups do not need one, and it is costed separately.
Nothing cultural goes into a record without Yanaga Murru’s approval for that booking.

Practical questions.
Who runs the working sessions?
You do, or we facilitate. There is no fixed method and the work stays yours. The setting, the sequence and the hosting are ours.
How confidential is it?
Confidentiality is the default and it applies to our staff and our partners. Phones can go away by agreement, on your terms.
How many people, and how are they accommodated?
Up to eight guests, each with their own room.
Do we get anything in writing afterwards?
Only if you want one. We can write up what was decided and what was left open, costed separately. Most groups do not need it.
Nothing cultural goes into a record without Yanaga Murru’s approval for that booking.
Quoted for your group.
Each experience is quoted for your group, dates and agreed inclusions. Enquire for availability and a tailored proposal.
Before we design anything we need four things: what the group is trying to achieve, who is coming, the budget, and who signs it off. That first conversation is where the work starts.
